I started my career with one goal in mind: do something that I enjoyed which intersected with my natural talents. It took a few trials and errors until I realized my background in databases fused with my degree in communications and theater was the necessary combination to help organizations in the Human Resources tech space. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of HR professionals and organizations, and given talks on how to optimize and build an HR department for the future
